Custom Corporate Challenge Coins
Product Details
Custom corporate challenge coins aren’t stock coins with a logo added on. We create a dedicated mold from your company artwork, then build the shape, finish, and details around that design. Logos, lettering, and brand colors can be produced with raised or recessed metal, enamel, printing, or 3D relief.
All you need to get started is a company logo, sketch, or reference image. Use our online form to choose the size, quantity, finish, and other basic options. We’ll review the artwork, recommend the right production method, and send you a quote within eight hours.

Popular Uses for Corporate Coins
From employee recognition to company events, here are some of the most common ways businesses use custom coins.
Employee Recognition Coins
When someone finishes a big project, has a strong quarter, or really steps up for the team, a coin can be a simple way to recognize it. It feels more personal than a certificate and is something people can actually keep.
Years of Service & Retirement Coins
Five years, ten years, twenty years, or retirement are all good reasons to make something special. You can add the employee’s name, department, years of service, or retirement date to make it more personal.
Safety & Performance Coins
These are especially common with manufacturing, construction, transportation, and field teams. They can mark an accident-free milestone, a safety goal, a sales target, or the completion of an important job.
Company Anniversary & Milestone Coins
A company anniversary, new office, store opening, product launch, or major project can all be worth marking. A coin gives the team something physical to remember that moment by.
Client & Executive Gift Coins
Some companies use them for client visits, partnership signings, annual meetings, or important company events. They work well as gifts for customers, business partners, guests, or members of the leadership team.
Trade Show & Promotional Coins
Coins can also work well at trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Add the event name, logo, or date, and visitors leave with something they are more likely to keep than a flyer.
Why Order Custom Corporate Coins?
Made to Last, Not Tossed
Flyers, emails, and everyday giveaways are easy to forget. A solid metal coin has real weight, holds up over time, and is the kind of item people tend to keep instead of throw away.
Feels Personal, Not Generic
An off-the-shelf award could come from any company. A coin made specifically for yours feels connected to the people and story behind the brand, so the recognition does not feel routine.
Puts Your Brand in Their Hands
Most people see a brand on a screen, a document, or a package. A custom coin gives it real weight and texture, turning something visual into something people can actually hold.
A Tradition You Can Build On
You do not have to start over with every new edition. Keep the core look and update the year, level, or message as the program grows. Over time, the coins can become a series people recognize and look forward to.

How to Design a Great Corporate Coin: Front and Back Tips
When designing a business coin, the goal is to keep your branding clear while working within the practical limits of metal casting, enamel filling, and small lettering. A strong layout does not need too many elements. Instead, let each side serve a different purpose.
The front should focus on your company logo. Place it in the center and keep it large enough to be clear at a glance. It can be raised, recessed, or filled with enamel, with enough open space around it so the artwork does not feel crowded against the edge.
Your full company name can follow the upper curve, while the lower area can include the year founded, headquarters city, or a simple location reference such as “EST. 2026,” “NEW YORK,” or “USA.”
Try not to add too much else to this side. A logo, company name, and one supporting detail are usually enough to make the brand immediately recognizable.
The reverse side gives you more room to show company culture, mark an event, or add something commemorative. The center can feature your headquarters, a key product, team motto, core value, anniversary number, or another element closely connected to the business.
For employee awards, anniversaries, or internal recognition, you can also add a person’s name, department, date, or individual serial number to make each piece more personal.
There is no need to repeat a large logo on the back. A smaller brand element is usually enough to tie both sides together while leaving more space for the message that matters.
For the clearest result, provide your logo as a vector file and avoid lines that are too thin, text that is too small, or complicated gradients. Logo lines should generally be at least around 0.3 mm wide, while important lettering needs to stay large enough to remain readable.
It is also best to leave about 1.5–2 mm of safe space between key artwork and the outer edge.
If matching your brand colors accurately is important, provide Pantone color references. Before production, the final artwork should also be checked at the actual size to make sure the lettering, linework, and color areas can be produced cleanly with the selected metal and enamel process.

Custom Corporate Challenge Coins FAQ
Have questions about custom corporate challenge coins? Here are quick answers about MOQ, turnaround time, free artwork, enamel options, materials, samples, and quality support.
What is your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces. We can also accept smaller trial orders, such as 20–30 pieces, for corporate projects.
Please note that smaller quantities usually have a higher setup cost per coin.
What is the turnaround time? Can you handle rush orders?
Standard production usually takes about 20 days, with shipping time added separately.
If you have an urgent company event, trade show, or deadline, let us know. Rush production generally takes 13–16 days when the design and schedule allow, and we’ll help you plan shipping as well.
We only have a logo. Can you help with the design for free?
Yes. Just send us your logo, preferably in AI, EPS, or PDF format.
Our design team can create a free 2D or 3D artwork proof within 24 hours. We also provide unlimited free revisions before production.
Hard enamel or soft enamel: which should we choose?
Hard enamel has a smooth, flat finish with a premium, jewelry-like feel. It is a good choice for executive gifts, client gifts, and high-end corporate coins.
Soft enamel has recessed colors with raised metal borders, giving the coin a textured 3D look. It is durable, cost-effective, and popular for bulk corporate orders.
For materials, we usually suggest zinc alloy for sharp 3D details or brass for a heavier, more traditional coin feel.
Can we get a physical sample first? What if there are quality issues?
Yes. We can provide a pre-production sample if needed. A mold fee may apply.
We can also send high-definition photos of the first finished coin for free approval. We use Pantone color matching and offer a free remake or refund for confirmed manufacturing defects.
