2. Custom Products

We specialize in custom products, including:

• Lapel pins
• Challenge coins
• Medals
• Embroidered, woven, printed, PVC, chenille, and leather patches
• Keychains and other custom accessories

• All custom products are manufactured according to approved artwork.
• Changes may not be possible once production has started.
• Slight variations in color, size, plating, stitching, and finishing may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

3. Artwork Approval

• Customers must approve the final artwork before production begins.
• We manufacture products according to the approved artwork and specifications.
• VeperPins is not responsible for spelling, layout, color, sizing, or design errors that were present in artwork approved by the customer.

4. Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Production begins only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
• Additional charges may apply if the customer requests changes after artwork approval or production has started.

5. Production and Shipping

• Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, and selected options.
• Shipping times depend on the destination, shipping method, customs process, and courier.
• Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• VeperPins is not responsible for customs delays, incorrect delivery information, courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds, replacements, or other remedies may be provided when a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error is caused by VeperPins.
• Customers should report order issues promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs or other supporting information.
• Differences that match the approved artwork or fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered production defects.

7. Intellectual Property

Customer-submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs remain the property of their respective owners. VeperPins does not obtain ownership of customer-submitted intellectual property.

Unless the customer requests otherwise, VeperPins may photograph or display completed products for portfolio, sample, promotional, or marketing purposes.

8. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, names, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.
• VeperPins is not responsible for intellectual property claims resulting from materials supplied or approved by the customer.
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that may be unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VeperPins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
